Now let’s discuss its composition
With respect to its ingredients, pre-workout seems fine and there are a lot of ingredients that can provide you with an additional kick during your workouts.
It has a decent amount of caffeine and other ingredients like taurine, L-arginine,beta-alanine,boiprene, L-tyrosine. Two different add-ons to this pre-work out are Juniperus communis extract and beta Vulgaris.
Beta vulgaris is known to increase cardiorespiratory performance and improve muscle function and Juniperus communis extract leads to increased utilization of fat as energy to prolong performance and endurance during exercise. Also, it’s known to minimize lactate production in the muscles.

The only con I feel is that if you are at an advanced level and you need a highly activating pre-workout with each ingredient in more amounts as some of the ingredients are a bit less in quantity.
Are there Side Effects?
There is no specific side effect of this pre-workout. There can be generic side effects. You can read out articles on pre-workouts to understand more about the side effects of pre-workouts in general.
When to Take MB Total beast
Like all pre-workouts, this pre-workout is best taken 20-30 minutes before the exercise. This is to allow time for the amino acids and other bioactive compounds to take effect.
Total Beast Flavours
As of Jan 2022, it only comes in one flavor tropic thunder which tastes quite good. Anyhow taste should not even matter much in pre-workouts if they are serving their work properly.
Overall, I would say it’s a good pre-workout that justifies its cost and does provide you with the required additional kick for extensive workouts.
